Building Sustainability Expertise
Zoltan brings more than a decade as a certified NatHERS and BASIX assessor, with thousands of residential projects certified. This gives him a rigorous understanding of thermal performance, energy and water efficiency, and materials. Sustainability is considered from the outset alongside aesthetics, function, cost and buildability, rather than treated as a compliance exercise at the end.
A Builder-Informed Approach
Long collaboration with builders and trades informs designs that are practical, efficient and buildable. Clear, thorough documentation reduces uncertainty on site and carries the design intent through to completion, resulting in a well-resolved home that responds to its site and occupants.
Is a qualified building designer with more than 25 years’ experience in the design, documentation and delivery of residential projects across a broad range of scales and complexities.
His experience encompasses alterations and additions, bespoke homes, apartment buildings, master-planned communities and complex multi-residential developments. This breadth of experience has developed a design approach that is both adaptable and highly considered, with each project responding to the individual brief, site and requirements of the client.
Zoltan is recognised for his strong attention to detail, clear documentation and ability to successfully guide projects from initial concept through to construction. His approach combines design intent with practical resolution, ensuring that ideas are developed into functional, buildable and enduring outcomes.
