About Me

Zoltan Lipovski is a qualified building designer with more than 25 years of experience in the design and delivery of residential projects across a broad range of scales and contexts. His work encompasses alterations and additions, bespoke homes carefully shaped by their site, high-end waterfront residences, large master-planned communities, apartment buildings, and complex multi-residential developments.

This diversity of experience has fostered a design approach that is both responsive and adaptable. Whether working on a finely detailed private residence or a large, coordinated development, Zoltan brings a consistent focus on clarity of design, thoughtful spatial planning, and carefully resolved outcomes that respond to both the client brief and the specific conditions of the site.

Building Sustainability Expertise

Alongside his design practice, Zoltan has worked for over a decade as a certified NatHERS and BASIX assessor, assessing and certifying thousands of residential projects. This role has provided a deep and practical understanding of environmental performance in residential buildings.

His expertise includes the analysis and optimisation of thermal performance, energy efficiency compliance, embodied energy considerations in materials, and water efficiency strategies. These principles are integrated early in the design process, ensuring that sustainability is not treated as an afterthought but as an intrinsic component of well-considered architecture.
