About Me

My name is Zoltan Lipovski, and I am a building designer with over 25 years of industry experience working across a broad range of residential projects.

My work is guided by a clear and consistent design ethos — one that values simplicity, clarity, and practicality. I focus on clean, resolved design where materiality, structural planning, and construction methodology inform the architecture from the outset, rather than being applied as an afterthought.

My experience spans alterations and additions, bespoke high-end residences, and larger-scale residential and master-planned communities. This breadth of work has given me a strong understanding of how early design decisions directly influence build quality, cost control, and long-term performance.

This philosophy underpins every project I undertake. The aim is to create homes that feel resolved, intuitive, and grounded in their context, while remaining practical to build and comfortable to live in over time.
